If you have had a stroke and are of working age, SWAGS offers peer support, information, and help with problems in an informal, friendly setting. New members always welcome.

This group is part of the Stroke Group Network - a vital community of stroke support groups across the UK. As it is independently run, we will need to share your details in order for them to provide support. We do not take any responsibility for their activities and they’ll process your personal data in accordance with their own policies.
