Description

The Wimbledon Stroke Club offer physical exercise rehab to stroke survivors living in the borough of Merton. There is a charge (Currently £4) for the session. Anyone wishing to join will need to contact Wimbledon Guild as there is currently a waiting list and the number of participants that can take part is limited.
When you ask to join the class you will be asked to complete an application form, which your GP will also need to support.
The application form will be sent to you by Wimbledon Guild to enquire about the exercise class.

This group is independently run, so we’ll need to share your details in order for them to provide support. As this group is not part of the Stroke Association, we do not take any responsibility for their activities. They’ll process your personal data in accordance with their own policies.
