Local and online stroke support groups

Stroke support groups are a safe and supportive space to try things again, to learn more about stroke and self-care and to build your confidence as you rebuild your life after stroke. Stroke support groups meet in different ways, some are meeting face to face, others are providing support online. An online group for stroke survivors who have returned, or are about to return to work and might find it difficult to engage with fellow working age people during the day. Getting together via Zoom on Tuesday evenings (alternate weeks) at 7pm, in a safe and welcoming space for good conversation and friendly support.
