Language is Everything

If you speak limited English, you can call our Stroke Helpline team through a telephone interpreting service called Language is Everything. This service provides interpreters who can speak over 200 different languages.

The Stroke Association pays for this service, so it won't cost you anything to use beyond the normal call rates. All Language is Everything translators are bound by confidentiality agreements.

If you would like to use this service, please:

  • Call our Stroke Helpline on 0303 3033 100

  • Tell us which language you would like to use.

  • Tell us your name and telephone number.

  • Hang up and wait by your phone.

An interpreter will call you back within a few minutes. One of our Helpline Information Officers can then talk to you via the interpreter and give you the information you need.

The translations below provide a preview of the telephone interpreting service.
